Chef's Tasting Room

The Chef's Tasting Room at Pyramid Restaurant offers a dining experience second to none with a personal, customized menu for you and your guests.

With seating for up to twenty two, guests may reserve the Pyramid Chef's Tasting Room for a special occasion, celebration, corporate meeting, anniversary or birthday. When you book your event, we will personally work with you to create a custom menu of up to nine courses with wine pairings by our sommelier, Hunter Hammett, for a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

An intimate experience, dining in the Tasting Room provides the ultimate showcase for the elevated modern regional cuisine at The Pyramid Restaurant. Your special evening will afford you the personal attention of our culinary team with explanations of each course, its ingredients, Texas provenance and cooking methods.
